The Church was built in 1711 at the southern entrance of the town and is dedicated to Our Lady of Moretta in the Province of Cuneo, whose worship was widespread in the countryside at that time for the degree of gratitude bestowed upon her for healing people and cattle from the plagues.
Subsequently, the devotion transformed into one for Our Lady of Graces, the name the chapel conserves to this day and whose festivities take place at the beginning of September on the day when the Virgin Nativity is commemorated. Numerous ex-votos are conserved in the chapel, paintings giving thanks and which depict miraculous healing from illnesses, serious agricultural accidents and, more recently, wartime events on the Russian front.
